Welcome to Selene & Eos! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:
• Orders & Payments: All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock availability.
• Shipping: We currently ship only within Hong Kong and China. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak seasons). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for size only within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a different style of equal or similar value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns & Refunds: At this time, we do not offer refunds—only exchanges as outlined above.
• Product Care: To maintain the quality of our loungewear, please follow the care instructions provided with each item. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
• Intellectual Property: All content, including images and designs, is the property of Selene & Eos and may not be used without permission.
• Changes to Terms: We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
