1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Hong Kong and China only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

3. Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! We accept size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a different style of equal or similar value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges for size or style as outlined in our Exchange Policy.

5. How do I care for my loungewear?

To keep your sleepwear and loungewear in the best condition, follow the care instructions on the label. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and avoiding high heat when drying.

6. Why do you only carry S, M, L for sizes?

As a small business, we currenlty offer sizes Small, Medium, and Large due to production limitations. However, we are committed to growing and expanding our size range to be fully inclusive in the future. We truly appreciate your support as we work toward making our brand accessible to everyone!

7. Will there be more styles or colors out soon?

Yes! We're always working on expanding our collection. While we currently have a limited selection due to production constraints, we're already in the works on new styles and colors. Stay tuned- we can't wait to share them with you soon!

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but all orders are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
