We’re sorry to hear that your order wasn’t quite right—we truly strive to bring the most comfortable loungewear into your life. If you need a different size, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
• Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your item.
• Size Exchange Only: We can only accept exchanges for a different size of the same style. If your desired size is sold out, we will offer an exchange for a different style of equal or similar value. Any cost difference will apply.
• Return Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and intact.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange.
